Geithner's Socialist Insanity

This is the last comment I have regarding Geithner's testimony today on the budget.

Killing Me Softly...Thanks Obama/Pelosi/Geithner

While Geithner, et.al., continue to screech about not raising taxes on the middle or lower class in America, I want to share an email I received refuting that:

The Marshall Institute issued on 3/2/09 a report titled “The Cost of Climate Regulation for American Households.” This report only dealt with the financial consequences of Cap and Trade. It did not deal with the loss of freedom, free choices, and free markets to all Americans.

A press release from Marshall on this report is at:

The US is not a super power

According to Tim Geithner, the United States faces losing it's super power status, because Americans can't get home, auto, and higher education loans.

I find myself needing new curse words. I'm tired of repeating the same old ones.

Market Update

The S&P has broken below the 700 level. The Dow is down over 40 points and the Nasdaq is down about 7 points. Where's the rally? The market could bounce at any time....or fall further. This is a tough call.

Teenagers

If Obama was serious about stimulating the economy he would:

1. Give teenage boys an open-ended credit card.
2. Turn them loose in grocery stores and auto dealers.

Problem solved.
